What started as a dream of two visionaries, quickly became a global reference in customer service solutions.

Founded in Brazil

Nuveto was founded in 2017 to transform the relationship between people and companies in customer service. With the partnership of Five9, a global leader in cloud contact centers, it quickly started its business and grew rapidly.

In 2018, Nuveto surpassed Five9’s installed positions target in Brazil, highlighting the effectiveness of its solutions and expanding its presence in the customer service market. In 2019, with the acquisition of Mex Consulting, Nuveto strengthened its expertise in consulting and intelligence, making Brazil Five9’s largest market in Latin America and establishing itself as one of Five9’s main global partners.

Innovations and International Growth

In 2020, Nuveto signed a global contract with one of the largest BPOs, expanding its operations to 13 countries and launching the Nuveto Labs initiatives and the SIGMA solution.

In 2022, the company established an office in Spain and enhanced its CX portfolio with the introduction of the VORAKI solution, reinforcing its leadership in technology and business analysis.

Global Consolidation and New Products

In 2023, Nuveto consolidated its international presence by signing a second historic contract with the world’s largest BPO. It expanded its operations to Mexico and created Nuveto Delaware, optimizing its operational structure.

In 2024, it began operations in Colombia and launched DIALOGI.AI, an AI-based CX solution aimed at transforming customer service with an innovative digital approach.

And the story goes on...

In 2025, we expanded our presence beyond Spain into neighboring Portugal, strengthening our international growth and reinforcing our footprint in the European market. Additionally, Sigma Suite and Dialogi.ai became part of the SigmaCX portfolio, a strategic partner of Nuveto.

In 2026, Nuveto Global underwent a rebranding process, evolving its positioning as a consultative systems integrator focused on customer service and customer experience solutions, accompanied by a new visual identity.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT and contact center markets, Luis has a solid career in sales and has held executive positions in multinational companies. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Marketing, and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, as well as studies at Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
